What We Can Help With
- Order status and tracking — If your tracking number is not updating or your package seems delayed, email us and we will follow up with the carrier directly.
- Returns and exchanges — Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging qualify for a full refund. Defective items ship back at our cost.
- Product questions before you buy — Not sure if a lamp arm reaches far enough, or whether a floor lamp will be too tall for your ceiling? Ask us. We know the products and can give you a straight answer.
- Missing parts or damaged items — If something arrives broken or a part is missing, send us a photo and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- General lighting questions — Not ready to buy yet and just want advice? That is fine too. We would rather you get the right lamp than the wrong one.
