This page explains how we process and ship orders placed on yuoilike.com, including processing times, estimated delivery by destination, shipping costs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
All times listed are in business days unless otherwise noted. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Note: Customs clearance may add additional time beyond the estimate above.
All orders ship free. There is no minimum order value required for free shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- Continental United States — the 48 contiguous states
- Canada — all provinces and territories, subject to customs clearance
We do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- Any other US territories or international destinations not listed above
If your shipping address falls outside of our delivery zones, your order cannot be completed at checkout. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at support@yuoilike.com before placing your order.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders to the continental United States and Canada. No coupon code or minimum purchase is required. The free shipping rate applies automatically at checkout.
We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping. Standard delivery is the only available shipping option.
5. Transit Times by Destination
Continental United States
Transit time: 7 to 9 business days after your order ships.
Total time from order placement to delivery: 8 to 12 business days.
Canada
Transit time: 8 to 12 business days after your order ships.
Total time from order placement to delivery: 9 to 15 business days.
Canada orders pass through customs, which can add time beyond the estimate above. We are not able to predict or control customs processing times.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or holidays. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the latest estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for Canada Orders
We ship Canada orders with declared values as required by law. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at or after delivery.
We are not able to estimate these charges in advance. They vary based on province, product category, and order value.
If a Canada order is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, any original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system after you receive the confirmation email.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@yuoilike.com and we will resend it.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Email support@yuoilike.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, first check around your property, with neighbors, and with other household members. If the package is still not found, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Investigations typically take 3 to 5 business days. We will follow up once a resolution is reached.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to correct it after placing your order, contact us at support@yuoilike.com as soon as possible. We can update the address while your order is still being processed. Once it has shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
