This page explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on yuoilike.com. Please read it before starting a return so you know exactly what to expect and what steps to take.

If something is not right with your order, email us at support@yuoilike.com and we will help you figure out the fastest way to resolve it.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We do not accept return requests after 30 days from the delivery date.

To check your delivery date, refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.


2. Items That Qualify for a Return

To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them
  • In the original packaging, including any accessories, hardware, and documentation that came with the product
  • Accompanied by your order number

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.


3. Items We Do Not Accept for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders, if applicable

4. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@yuoilike.com with your order number and a brief description of why you are returning the item. If the item arrived damaged or defective, include photos of the product and the packaging.

Step 2: Wait for our reply. We respond within one business day. We will confirm whether your return is approved and provide the return address.

Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is confirmed. Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.


5. Who Pays for Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error — for example, the item arrived defective, damaged in transit, or is the wrong product — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

If the return is for any other reason — including change of mind, ordered the wrong size, or the lamp does not fit your space — return shipping is your responsibility. There is no restocking fee.


6. Return Address

Do not ship your return until you have received confirmation from us. The return address will be provided in our reply email.

7. How Refunds Work

Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us completing the inspection. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email, contact us at support@yuoilike.com and we will follow up with PayPal on your behalf.


8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order separately. This is the fastest way to get the correct item to you.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Email support@yuoilike.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and the outer packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photographing the packaging at delivery helps us process your claim faster and file an accurate report with the carrier.
